Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team as Medical Biller. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Mental Health specialty billing.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify accuracy of patient demographic and insurance in the EHR/PMS.
Verify, submit, and track claims using EHR – Tebra.
Manage end-to-end medical billing processes.
Resolve claim rejections and ensure timely resubmission.
Maintain accurate patient and billing records.
Ensure compliance with payer rules, HIPAA and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BS).
Experience: 2+ years (Billing experience)
Prior experience in Mental Health specialty billing preferred.
Proficiency with EHR – Tebra is a strong advantage.
